Double room in a lovely home - dog friendly 🐶

Me and Roxie (my Romanian rescued dog) are looking for a friendly housemate to share our lovely home with. YOU MUST BE AN ANIMAL LOVER - we need someone who is calm and patient with animals as Roxie is nervous around strangers but once she gets to know you she is a very sweet loving playful dog. We are very happy to have a housemate that has their own dog as Roxie LOVES other doggies and the house and garden are definitely big enough for 2 dogs.

The house is a 2bed Victorian terrace in the very up-and-coming area of Redfield/Barton Hill, right next to Netham Park and a 10-15mins walk from Church Road (with its abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and pubs!), St George Park, and Lawrence Hill station.

The house has a newly landscaped garden, a modern kitchen (with every kitchen gadget and tool you might ever need as I am a keen cook!) and bathroom (with a walk-in shower cubicle and a bath tub!), a downstairs loo, a cozy sitting room (with 3 seater sofa perfect for watching Netflix on), and a bright dining room.

The available bedroom is a double with a whole wall of built-in wardrobes (so PLENTY of storage!). It is currently unfurnished, but it can be furnished if you don't have your own things. The room faces the garden so is very peaceful and it has gorgeous original floorboards.

This is mine and Roxie's home so we are looking for someone who will treat it like their home too and not just a random houseshare.
