Kitchen: Washing machine, Coffee machine etc. shared living room with 55” TV.

It is possible to park in our car park - if the single visitor space is available.

Good transport links. (located one minute walk to bus route direct to Reading town centre). 12 minutes walk from Cemetery Junction bus stops. 10 minutes by bus or 25 minutes walk to Reading Central railway station.

SUITABILITY
Ideal for professional worker who intends to go home at weekends - Monday to Friday let, although occasionally staying at weekends is possible additional £50 per weekend.
