Double Furnished room - Female - Professional

Hello, I am Beth, I work in the centre of Bristol, and I am looking for someone to rent the spare room in my lovely bright clean house in Bedminster.

The house in Bedminster is a 15-20 min walk to the vibrant North Street, 35 min walk to Bristol temple meads and around 40 mins to the Centre of Bristol. Bristol airport is a short 15 mins drive away or you can hop on the airport Flyer, the stop being within walking distance. Bedminster train station & Parsons street station are both close by.

The room will be available from 15th June 2024 but can be flexible with move in date.

**Please note you must be a cat lover – I have a 2 year old house cat called Douglas who will become your best friend **

The room is light and airy and fully furnished with bed, extra space under the bed, wardrobe, dressing table and curtains.

The bedroom is next to the bathroom and downstairs there is a shared living room, dining area and kitchen. The garden is very long, with outside seating which gets the sun from the mornings into the early evening.

About me…. I moved to Bedminster just over 2 years ago & I love it. I am a friendly and open person. I enjoy going to the gym, yoga & aerial hoop. I like going for walks, cooking, and relaxing at home, and during the summer evenings enjoy a nice walk down to North Street and around the harbour side !

I am looking for someone who is respectful, likes ti keep things clean & tidy, cleans up after themselves, non-smoker & ideally doesn’t work from home full time.

The room is £750 per month which is inclusive of bills
