Young Professional flat on Gloucester Road

We're looking for a new addition to replace our flatmate at our Gloucester Road flat! We are looking for someone to move in from the 9th of June.
This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household!

The location:
The flat is located on Gloucester Road by the arches. It's a great location with a lot to do in the surrounding area, very central whilst also not being very noisy as the room is located away from the roadside towards the back of the flat. Lots of shops/cafes/bars to choose from, and is a 15 minute walk from cabot circus.
Great bus links (70,71,72,73,74,75,76) and many more...!

The flat:
4 bed 2 level flat above the shop ran by the landlord. We have a big living room space which is great for having friends over. Kitchen is a little on the cosier side but it works for us and the space that it's in!
1 shared bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The flatmates:
Grace (25), Isaac (30) and Orla (23). You'll have the pleasure of meeting them if you come to take a look at the flat/room :).

We go out as a flat quite often and enjoy chilling in the living room together as well, very social bunch and would love if you fancied popping out with us every now and then - bonus points if you like a pub quiz!

The room: £650 plus bills.
Cost with bills (gas/electric, council tax, wifi etc.) will come to around £780 all in.
This is paid on the 1st of each month.
As the move in date will be the 9th June the first few weeks of rent are reduced and will come to around £530 with bills.

Comes semi-furnished with a chest of drawers, a rack for hanging your jackets/shirts etc. and the bed. It's slightly smaller than the other rooms, however this is reflected in the reduced rent, as you pay £30 less per month than the other tenants.

There is a deposit to be paid to the landlord of 1 months rent, if selected I will put you in contact with him to sort that out.
