Stunning room in Bristol's most central house

Central location

I have one large ensuite king-size bedroom with a separate dressing room to let out in my house. I think it's Bristol's most central house, located near the harbourside, tucked away just behind the hippodrome.

The house is a historic, grade two listed Georgian townhouse which is in great order and renovated to a very high spec, so I doubt you'll find a nicer place in the city.

The house is big, so plenty of space to cook/dine/relax etc.

It's an LGBTQ-friendly household and people from all backgrounds are welcome.

The current tenants include three young professionals. I often visit, so everything is always kept clean and tidy and in good working order. I'm looking for social housemates who don't get precious about whose milk is whose, but also don't want to live on top of one another. I'm looking for professional people, no students. I'm afraid it wouldn't suit couples or working from home more than occasionally.

It has a very well-equipped kitchen and a separate dining room with a huge table. The living room has a TV and comfy sofas for relaxing.

The house is fully furnished, but if you have some of your own things, I can move things around.

A cleaner is included in the rent, who comes every two weeks.

All bills are included except for electric and gas which will be split equally among the tenants every month. I'm happy to send more pics and details etc, so just send me a message.
