Double room available in St Pauls

Hello all,

We are looking for someone to join our house. The house is located in St Paul’s, which is just a stones throw away from the lovely St Werburghs with a lovely kebab shop round the corner

Bristol temple meads- 30 min walk
Cabot Circus- 10 min walk

The house

The house is very spacious for 3 people and it was a new build so we were the first ones to live here! There are 2 bathrooms (only 1 shower) and an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area which you have the option to separate through closing doors. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washer/dryer, and there’s also a roof terrace at the top of the house!

The room + rent

The room available is at the front of the house and gets really lovely light come through in the morning (as you can see in the pics). It comes as unfurnished,

As the room is on the side of the road, it does not have functioning windows due to air pollution. However there is a (silent) ventilation system that pumps clean air throughout the entire house.

The rent is £700 and with bills you would pay around £130 per month. You would need to pay 1 month deposit to secure the room.

The housemates

You’d be living with Hannah and Danny and we all met on Spare room previously.

Danny- Music, cooking, films, comics, gaming, Trainers, sopranos

Hannah- Baking, long walks (not up hill), camping, pub quizzes, live music

About you

You’d ideally be working a Mon-Fri 9-5 schedule to match the timetable of the rest of the house. We like to cook communally so would be great if you could join in with that. The household is vegan so would prefer a housemate who doesn’t eat meat.

It’s not a party house but pub trips with some cards or pub quiz/live music and the occasion club night is definitely on the cards.
