Double w. private bathroom (Bills inc!) - Redland

Hi!

We are Tom & Maddy (both 27) and we are looking for a new flatmate to come and join us in a cosy 2-bed house in Redland.

We are both social, tidy and easy-going professionals. Tom works in project management and Maddy is a primary school teacher.

During weekdays, we are usually quite busy with work, but we often spend time cooking and chatting in the kitchen in the evenings. We also try to make time to do things as a flat when we can. It would be great to find someone who is social, but we also appreciate that everyone's got their own stuff going on as well.

THE ROOM
The room is a double with its own bathroom and comes furnished. We are really relaxed with what you would want to do with it, if you need a desk/wardrobe pole, we'd be happy to put one in. Also, we can take away the armchair/adjust the shelves.
The bathroom's not a looker but boy she has good water pressure 🚿🛀

THE HOUSE 🏠
Downstairs there's an open plan kitchen/living room and we also have an private patio garden out the back, perfect for a night round the firepit with a few drinks :)

THE AREA🍻
The house is on a really quiet residential street but also really close to all the shops so it's in a fantasic location.
- Sainos/Tesco -- 1 minute walk
- Burra (cafe) -- 1 minute walk.
- The downs - 2 minute walk.
- City Centre - 30 minute walk.
- 5 pubs... -- 5 min walk

Also.... Maddy and I have a costco card to stock up on some essentials which we would be happy to do as a house :)

Rent is £825 a month including all bills and the room is available from now.
