Double room in Cambridge

I am looking to find a replacement tenant to take over my contract until October 7 as I have to move urgently to London for work.

The room is a furnished double bed that comes with a chest of draws and two bedside tables. The desk and chair are mine but I can leave it behind for an agreed price.

The house comes with a large kitchen and a diner with a sofa and table for eating. The kitchen has three fridge freezers to share and comes with ample cupboard storage.

There is a large garden to the rear which is great for bike storage and barbecues in the summer.

There are four other tenants, very respectable and professional and I have got on with them very well.

In terms of location, it is a 5 minute drive to a large Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s and is easily accessible by both the A14 and A11. Alternatively it is around 15 minutes cycle to Cambridge train station, 10 minutes to Cambridge North and about 20 minutes cycle to the centre of town.

I will be happy to negotiate a slightly lower rent (I’ll make up the difference as long as it is reasonable, as I am desperate to move to London where my labs are).
