The house is end-of-terrace with a medium size garden. The house is well kept with three bedrooms (one of which is my home office), spacious kitchen and lounge. Located in Stretham it's a 10 minute drive to Ely and a 20 minute drive to Cambridge Science Park (typically 30 minutes during rush hour).
The room includes a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk, and I can provide a TV if you don't already own one. The kitchen is well equipped, and although I don't have one yet I will also provide a dedicated fridge-freezer.
My advert is for a non-smoker however e-cigarettes are welcome (I smoke an e-cigarette myself).
