I have a beautiful 2/3 bed home that I like to keep clean and tidy . I am looking to rent one double room out to a professional person. who is clean , tidy and respectful of others living in the house . You will have shared use of kitchen, large downstairs bathroom and garden . There is off road parking available never gets to busy to park . I am looking for a non smoker and a person who does daytime work patterns not nights as I have 3 dogs and I do not wish to shut them away to enable someone to sleep all day .
