Hi lovelies, I just thought of sharing Two of my spare rooms suitable to any working Registered Professional, Researcher, Medical Pactitioner, University students and/or students doing Post Graduate studies. I have a 4 bedroom detached property located in a very quite residential area in DL16 with good transport links to Darlington, Durham City, Gateshead and Newcastle City. Bus stop is approximately 10 minutes walk from where we live. I cannot edit the flatmate section but it will be me and my son who you will be sharing with. Its a very cosy well maintained home, clean and tidy. It is generally peaceful for anyone wanting a quiet space after a long day. Sadly, we cannot accomodate anyone with pets/kids. Myself and my son are both working professionals so we are keen to share with similar. We have a lovely garden in case you fancy sitting outside for a cup of coffee or tea, read a book or just sit to enjoy the fresh air.

*First Floor: Bedroom 1- £600pcm
*Main Floor: Bedroom 2 -£700 pcm

No preference on gender but preferably someone Professional, University Professor, Medical Practitioners Researcher, University students Post Graduates welcome and most importantly, You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
