The room is NOT available to couples as it has a single bed.

It’s a very nice apartment in a council estate in the centre of Derry/Londonderry. It is convenient for the city centre for going to shops walking about, cafes and restaurants. I’ve lived here since January 2018. The house has a small front garden, Shared bathroom with a powerful tap shower. Shared kitchen and living room.

Before considering you for the let, we will meet informally over coffee in town. I usually request at least one written reference with a phone number from your previous tenancy which must be over 5 months, providing more than 1 will be to your advantage.

I require a months rent up front £270.
