Large double room on quiet street close to RD&E

Large double room on very quiet dead end street where all the neighbours know each other.
You will live with my current lodger, a lovely woman who is quiet and very easy to live with. Her interests include salsa dancing.
The room is furnished with loads of storage space and an adjustable desk for standing or sitting.
The one bathroom is shared.
The garden is lovely to sit in summer time with sun loungers available.
You can purchase a residential parking space from the council for about £35 during your stay.
The living room is shared.
Kitchen stuff provided although we don’t have a dishwasher.
I am traveling long term for work, so I will keep a room as my base, but I won’t really be around until November.
