Looking for a student to replace me in this 4 bed house from May 2024 to September 2024 as i am moving back home.
The room is in the below pictures, the house is well maintained, clean and we have a great landlord!
Rent is £475 a month + £100 a month for bills (Unlimited).
Currently there is 3 other guys living in the house, very nice people to live with.
