Large, bright, double in beautiful new house!

Hello

I’m looking for a housemate to share a lovely, furnished, two bedroom house with small decked garden.

It’s in a great location with a bus stop at the top of the road and a choice of 2 train stations (5 min walk to Fishersgate, 10 min walk to Portslade).

There’s a handy Co-op around the corner and it’s a short walk to the pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops of Boundary Road.

The room available has plenty of light with a skylight and 2 windows (and blackout blinds for when you need a lie in!) There a king sized ottoman bed (with plenty of storage underneath), a fitted wardrobe and drawers. There’s room for more furniture if you need it.

I spend 2 days a week as an art student (in London) and the rest of my time juggling various freelance jobs (from home). In my spare time I enjoy festivals, live music, yoga, drawing and painting, camping and walking.

I’m not fussy about age or gender but I’d prefer someone who is clean and tidy and looking for somewhere to make their home!

It’s a plus if you like dogs as I have a Cavapoo called Mabel. She’s small, non moulting and loves a lap to sit on :)
