Preference is for a single female professional who needs a stay in proximity to London during the week i. e. Mon to Fri, but could consider a full stay and other options as well.
Property is 10mins walking distance to the train station, and there is a bus route through the estate.

All bills are included and there is currently one female and one male occupant in this lovely well-furnished 3 bedroom house, one occupied room being en-suite. This means the family bathroom will be shared with one other occupant.

There is a shared kitchen, lovely large garden and the property is overall well maintained.

Viewing will be initially over Zoom until a possibility to proceed by both parties, then a physical viewing can be arranged.
