It’s about 15mins away by walk to the NEW BARKING RIVERSIDE STATION ( Overground ) which is one stop to Barking Station 🚉 which you can connect to anywhere in central London. The whole journey from the station to central London is within an hour. The bus to Barking Station is about 15mins max and approximately 35mins from the station to central London.
