Hi there, I have moved out and would like someone to take my room so I don’t have to pay for rent over summer when I am not there, so I need someone that can takeover my tenancy until August 20th. The flat has a kitchen room with lounge room attached, toilet and sink room, shower and sink room, laundry room, then 4 double bedrooms. We are all Kingston University Students, two KSA students, remaining housemates are very friendly, tidy and well behaved.
The Landlord has agreed the tenancy takeover and would require contract signing to say you have taken over the room, message if interested on number provided and we can discuss rent and your budget etc. Thanks!
