Reception area

I am looking for someone to take over my short term contact from June - August.

- ⁠It is a studio room with its own bathroom, bedroom with a double bed and kitchenette that is all not shared with any other student

- The room is in the Wembley Park area (it is 2 stops from Baker Street on the metropolitan line). The station also has the jubilee line
- the accomdation is a 1 minute walk away from Wembley Park station

- ⁠ 9 week contract(From June 22nd - August 24th). Let me know if your interested in less than 9 weeks but people wanting the full 9 weeks will get priority in taking over the contract

- ⁠The room is in student accommodation hence you do need to be a student

- ⁠ price is £262 a week all bills included

-Free Wi-Fi & wired internet (100Mb)

- Appliances: Fridge/Freezer, Induction hob, Combi-microwave oven

- other facilities included in the price of the rent such as a gym, quite study area, communal kitchen, pool room, cinema room and a communal lounge area too
