Dbl Room to Rent next to New Islington Tram Stop

Very sad to be leaving this gorgeous flat behind in a fab location but Ive been offered a job in London so Im looking to relocate and looking for someone to take over my tenancy ASAP for a double room based in the Milliners Wharf building in New Islington about 200 yards from the tram stop and a short walk to the marina.

The Room:
Carpeted room with electric heating that comes with a double ottoman bed, wardrobe and bedside table with a large window inc blinds.

Bathroom:
The main bathroom situated off the open plan living and kitchen space is for your use only as my flatmate has an ensuite. The bathroom is large that comes with a bath and overhead shower and large vanity miror. WC and washbasin and vanity unit including glass shelves and mirror which is great for storage

Shared Spaces:
The flat includes two balconies one off of my flatmate's room and one off the balcony. The main balcony includes a table and chairs which is great in the summer as a sun trap. The flat itself is very open-plan and laminated throughout with two sofas, tv unit, coffee table, a dining table and a modern kitchen with fitted appliances and plenty of storage. The flat does have a washing machine but no dryer but we do have two drying racks.

Flatmate:
My flatmate is 28 from India and we have lived together for nearly 3 years now. She is very lovely and welcoming and always enjoys socialising and cooking for people. She is very down to earth and easy to get on with we clicked straight away and has a very good sense of humour. She doesn't drink but doesn't mind people who do and is very chill. The Area:
The flat is about a 10 minute walk from town and 5 min walk from Aldi, pure gym etc on great ancoats street. New Islington green is right on our door step and is great for relaxing in summer as well as ancoats marina being around the corner with lots of local cafes and bars about.
