Large Double Bedroom & En Suite - Salford (M5)
My current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy in July, so I’m looking for a new flat mate to take on the room and join me on the new tenancy.
The apartment is in a modem development in Salford, about 15/20 mins walk from Manchester City Centre. It comes with loads of communal amenities including a pool and spa, residents working/lounge areas, cinema rooms and a gym. There’s a roof terrace and a concierge too!
Into the apartment, there’s a decent sized open plan living room and fitted kitchen (with all appliances), 2 bedrooms, both with en suites and a balcony. 10th floor, so there’s some nice views toward Salford quays and greater Manchester.
The room on offer is a large, fully furnished double room with built in wardrobes and a private bathroom!
There is no parking with the apartment. There’s limited on street options available.
About me:
I’m Josh, 36 and work as a property professional in the city centre.
My interests include football, gym, cooking and music. Im pretty outgoing/sociable and enjoy the odd night out, but also love spending time at home relaxing.
I’ve lived in Manchester for about 4 years now and in this apartment for the last 3.
I’ve got 2 flatmate references, who’ll both tell you I’m a breeze to live with.
The ideal flatmate:
The flat itself has a very sociable layout, so it’s pretty important for me that we would get on well and strike up a good friendship. It’s not a huge apartment, so only suitable for single folk, although I have no issues with visitors.
I enjoy keeping the place clean and tidy (mild OCD), so someone who takes pride in where they live and their living standards is a huge priority.
Privacy is obviously pretty important, along with respect for each-others space.
LGBT friendly.
You’ll be joining me on the tenancy, so referencing etc will have to be carried out by the agent. There will be a security deposit payable too.
It’s rented through a Leeds based agency and I’ve just agreed the new 12 month tenancy at £1400pcm (£700pcm split). This is rent only, bills are separate.
Bills usually work out around £170 each, however they can fluctuate depending on time of the year.
