Central Bricket Wood - En suite Double

Hello,
Me and my partner have a double room en suite for rent. It is located in Central Bricket Wood. It is literally a 60 second walk from the parade of shops in Bricket Wood (barber, hairdresser, off license, post office, pharmacy). We are flexible with moving in date.

The property is a big bungalow and has a significant garden, great for the summer! The tenant will have a double bedroom and access to there own bathroom (bathroom is opposite the bedroom). The only shared spaces include kitchen and large living room space as well as the garden.

Free on-street parking is available right outside with 5 minute access via car to both the M25 and M1 for travelling. If you don't drive, the new 361 Bricket Wood bus service stops just up the road (30 second walk) which can take you into St Albans or Watford. If train is more of your thing, we are a 5 minute walk to the Bricket Wood station which can again take you to Watford central, St Albans or our neighbouring communities.

Myself and Chris are 31 and 28 respectively and have been renting rooms for a number of years. We are both easy going and enjoy chilling at home in the evenings after work, getting to the gym and DIY. I am also a vegan, Chris is not.

Inclusive of the room rent is all bills, fast WIFI, on-street parking use of our Netflix and our Peloton bike (if that is of interest!)

We are happy to have a tenant who feels comfortable in their home, we dont mind if you would like to socialise with us or keep entirely to themselves.
