Large single room, in newly refurbished flat

The single room is large with a single bed, desk, chair and other amenities. Fit for a single professional or a student looking for safe accommodation. We would prefer a vegetarian / vegan person for this room due to our vegetarian family currently occupying the flat also.

I would like someone clean and respectable for my flat as it is currently occupied by my brother, the flat is in an ideal location with Asda, Co-op and Tesco all being within 5 - 8 min walking distance. 5 mins to the business park and T-Mobile etc. And 10 - 12 mins walk to Galleria and train station.

I would like to rent for a min of 3 months before a longer term arrangement is made, so it is convenient for both parties. Please get in touch if you would like to arrange a viewing.
