Nice sized room on top floor of 3 bed 3 story townhouse with 2 built in wardrobes. 2nd double room on middle floor will be coming up around April. My Grandads property ( he is live out landlord) currently occupied by myself and 2 friends one of whom is moving out end Febuary the other in April. Looking for a quiet, tidy professional housemate from end of March. Shared large, living room, dining room, kitchen and a utility. There is also use of 2 wc's and a bathroom.
