Room is in a recently refurbished Victorian terrace house in a quiet residential area. Near parks and green belt.

We have a large modern kitchen with usual amenities. The new tenant would share bathroom with shower with one other person only. There is a separate toilet which is 1 of 3 in the house.

Our house is close to the Spires shopping centre and all the amenities of the High Street with stylish restaurants and bars etc.
We are also very close to Barnet Hospital, a five minute walk.

The transport is particularly good, with buses connecting you to both Central London, Potters Bar, and Hertfordshire.

Many buses are 24hrs service.
High Barnet Tube on the Northern Line is 5-10 mins walk away.

We are looking for a professional tenant who is respectful, tidy and clean. This room is suitable for a teacher or NHS staff as we are close to Barnet Hospital and many local schools.
Also we do request that a tenant has and can give proof of a COVID-19 vaccine. So may be suitable for health worker or similar. We are both vaccinated.
