King Sized Room with Private Bathroom for Rent

I am currently looking for a flatmate for my 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in the heart of Watford, due to my current flatmate moving back to their hometown. The property is fully furnished with the room having a king-sized bed, desk and chair and spacious in-built wardrobes, with access to the shared balcony. The tenant will also have a private bathroom (not en-suite). Parking is available on-site if required. All bills (electricity, water, internet and council tax) included and availability can be slightly before/after the date on the ad.

I am a working professional in the healthcare industry who primarily works from home, with the occasional business trip. I am friendly and sociable and enjoy all things sports, travelling and exploring new cultures.
