There seems to be some confusion about my let. This means that you reside elsewhere but are in the area for work etc and vacate my home at the end of the week with your
belongings. You will not reside at this address. I will ask proof of residence elsewhere This room suits a professional working away from home.
This is a working home, We get up early in the morning and go to bed early. We are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
The room is for single occupancy only with no guests.
The single room is on the west side of Welwyn Garden City that overlooks the rear of the property. There is a shared bathroom which is modern, clean with a power shower My home is perfect for commuting as I live 7mins walk to train station and main bus depot, and of course the main town centre where there are many shops and restaurants.
Light meals may be prepared ( no garlic) or strong smelling food, and ask that no hot food to be eaten in the bedroom.
