House has two bathrooms. For the Eco-conscious it is fully insulated, double glazed, modern boiler and powered by renewable electricity tariff. New energy efficient boiler in Feb 2019. The house is located within a quiet area, 15-20minutes walk to town or Shire Park. Lovely well kept house with fast broadband cleaner (1x per week), shops, Doctors Surgery and Post Office within 7minute walk.

Room fitted with a single bed, Desk, Chair, Drawers, built-in wardrobe and curtains. Strictly single room will be been fully cleaned and curtains washed prior to tenancy. My last tenant has been there 4 years and is only moving on due to house purchase.
