Double Room - Have the flat for yourself often

I work from home so I take the opportunity to travel often to Spain so as my future flatmate you will have this furnished flat for yourself for a lot of time :) I don't have a fixed schedule for when I am travelling but this year, so far, I have been travelling for around 2 months :)

About the flat:

I am renting this flat. It was unfurnished so most of the stuff is new -like the bed- and of good quality. It has nice views and is close to Beckenham Junction -to Victoria in 20 min- and 10 min away by foot to New Beckenham -20 min to London Bridge-.

About the room:

It is a size double room with a double mattress and good storage space underneath the mattress, in the wardrobe and in the chest of drawers. The space in other places in the house is limited but there is a small garage on the street we can use to store stuff.

We can fit a desk and a chair in the room if you need it.

About me:

I am a 34-year-old Software Engineer. I have been in London for the last 8 years. When I am in London I like meeting friends -usually in central- for cinema, trying out new restaurants and other London activities... I am also trying to build a gym habit.

I am sociable and open-minded, at home I like to have a calm environment.

On weekends sometimes I will go on driving trips, or roller skating, little hikes sometimes....

I have been living in shared flats for a long time. I am very respectful and considerate, I like keeping the spaces clean and tidy! Dishes are always clean (even now that I live by myself lol).
I am vegetarian but don't mind if you are not.

About you:

I am looking for someone I can get along well with but open to different types of people. I would need strictly someone who doesn't smoke (sorry!). Hopefully, you are smart and interesting and also respectful and conscious of living in a shared flat.

Hopefully, you are looking for a place to call home and are open to making new friends with your flatmate.
