Large double room

A lovely furnished double room in a family home. Located 5 mins from central train station and the town centre. Suitable for professionals only and commuters, (no working from home, due to increase in bills), not suitable for children. Household shares the one bathroom. Currently myself and daughter is living here. My son works abroad and will come home for a few months a year.

Smoking is only permitted on the lower floor, which is the communal area.

The room is located at the top of the house in the attic on the 3rd floor, with private flight of stairs.

Room has double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and 2 sets of drawers. Tenant can bring added furniture to make more homely.

I will require one months rent in advance plus deposit on date of move in
