I am inviting a professional female to come and share a delightfully large property, very close to West Wickham train station, the High Street and the amenities and Blake Park for an initial period of up to 3 months. There is a large double bedroom with two large wardrobes and a very comfortable Italian couch, another bedroom which could be used as a study or living room, and a shower room with a shower, sink and toilet, for exclusive use. The photo shows just a mattress in the room (and it's a very good, new one!), but there will be a double bed provided to make this even more comfortable.

Use of the large kitchen will be shared, and there is a lovely garden and decking, and a conservatory. The main bedroom on this floor looks out over the garden and is quiet. At times, shared use of the living room will be possible.

I would prefer a vegetarian / pescetarian, but for the right person will consider others.

The house is no more than a 5 minute walk to West Wickham train station, with trains to Lewisham, London Bridge, Waterloo East and London Charing Cross running frequently. The property is in Council Tax Band F.
