Double room in the heart of Shawlands

Come and live with me in a lovely, refurbished tenement located on a quiet residential street in Shawlands! Previous tenant is moving out to live with friends and the landlord has asked if I would put up an advert.

I am a young professional who moved to Glasgow last year for work. I work hybrid so some days of the week I will be in the office. Occasionally (roughly every 4 weeks) I work outside of Glasgow so you can have the house to yourself for a few days :).

I am a social person who also respects privacy. I enjoy cooking and keeping a clean house.
Most days of the week I will be doing a hobby in the evening if you like time to yourself.

The flat is in a lovely location in Shawlands:
5 minute walk from Queen's park
5 minute walk to Kilmarnock road where there's local supermarkets, butchers and fishmongers. Lots of highly rated brunch places nearby as well!

The room will be partly furnished:
With the room will be the following items from the pictures bedside table, the bed frame, mattress, the wardrobe, the clothes rack and the TV.

Additional information:
Council tax band D.
Although it is hectic, there is free on street parking.
