1 Room Available in a Relaxed Home

The dresser won't be there, but shows the size of the room (double bed btw)

Furnished room (please note the dresser and mirror belong to my old housemate, but it demonstrates how much space there is if you want to add. I do have a spare desk of a similar size if you want); all bills, etc. included, and I don't currently own a car so you have full use of the drive to park in if you prefer.

I do have a cat, so that may or may not be a deal-breaker for some (it means I'm less keen on someone bringing a pet of their own as she doesn't really get on too well with other pets, and if you're allergic or just hate cats then I suppose it's a consideration).

As for myself, I'm fairly easy to get on with. I currently work from home most days so I'm about a lot, but I've no issues with someone wanting some time to themselves and I can easily set my laptop up anywhere in the house so it's easy not to get in each other's way, but I'm not one to get annoyed if disturbed.

The area is very nice, quite quiet, if you like going for walks and nature then it's a good place for that (very near Rivington and Haigh Hall). It's also quite near to Manchester / Preston / Bolton via roads/trans if you like to go to more built up areas, or Horwich / Chorley / Wigan for somewhere smaller nearby. Very near to Middlebrook if you want to get some shopping done or you like football, likewise quite close to the motorway if you want to drive anywhere, but not close enough that you'd notice whilst at home.

I may have written too lengthy and advert, or left out too much, it's hard to gauge with these things, so we'll have a chat and I'll answer any questions you have.
