Room in quiet farmhouse

We're looking for an easygoing relaxed housemate to live with us in our spacious, comfortable farmhouse. We are a married couple with a daughter (27) currently living at home The house is modern with all the normal facilities available to use (washing machine etc) and plenty of parking. It is a working farm with livestock & dogs in the yard so you need to be happy with that environment - we only have one well trained cat in the house though.
The room is has a 4ft bed and a bathroom with a bath (not shower) which is shared with our daughter. We're happy to provide bedding (duvet) etc. We work long hours but pop in and out regularly during the day as we work at home and have friends and family over at weekends. In general the house is very quiet and peaceful and the views are lovely. We have a sunny patio which is a relaxing place to sit in the evening.
Happy to share with almost anyone so long as they don't smoke. Friends welcome to pop in too.
If you are looking for short term we are happy to do that & will adjust the rent accordingly. Likewise if you want Mon - Fri very happy to do that too.
