This double bedroom has all bills included, the room benefits from a spacious living room, kitchen and a bathroom (shared with one other resident). The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair and storage.

The property is located a stones throw from the Elizabeth line, other lines including Central and Overground are within walking distance offering great connectivity. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, situated between Acton Mainline and Acton Town station with many gyms, restaurants and shops nearby thanks to close proximity to two big local high streets.

A little about us the current residents. My brother and I live together here, he is a med student and I work in business consulting. We are an easy-going and sociable bunch however we respect each others quiet times for work and study which we would also expect from any future housemate. For this reason we would not welcome large gatherings or parties to the flat. We also do our best to maintain a clean flat for us to have a productive environment, so we kindly ask prospective flatmates to also have a good standard of cleanliness especially with communal areas. With that said, this flat is not always a work house - we’d be happy to share downtime at our local pub with you you.
