The rent is £650, with a 5 week deposit. Bills will work out to £120-£150 a month each including council tax, water, gas, electricity and wifi.


5 minute walk from Acton Town station. All amenities are close, including a big Morrisons, Tesco Express & a high street with everything you might need.

You'll be sharing with a 27 year old who's working in media/advertising and working from home 2 days a week, as well as Joe, a 32 year old working at a charity currently.

a balanced living space is ideal- not obsessively tidy but still organised & clean. I'm looking for some like-minded people who value a relaxed but neat environment.

I'm not a homebody, but am not out every night either so ideally the people moving in will be the same. I like the idea of dinners together, barbeques in the summer etc.
