Double room in homely flat

The room:

The room is very bright with wooden floors, a fireplace feature and a big built in wardrobe. It comes with a double bed and also has lots of storage on the shelves (I am happy to leave the white boxes).

The flat and flatmates:

Girls preferred – sorry guys! The flat has high ceilings, a big living room with a dining table and a large kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges and a separate freezer. We do have a cleaner who comes every other week. You would be sharing with three girls in their late 20’s/early 30’s who do have a busy work schedule and social lives but also like a glass of wine/cup of tea and a catch up when they are home. The flat does have a lovely homely feel to it and I am only leaving because I am moving out of London.

Location:

The flat is a 2 minute walk to Chiswick Park Tube for the District line and 10 mins to Turnham Green for the Piccadilly line. The 94 bus stops is also right outside the front door (24hr route). There is permit parking from 9-5. 30 during the week and free at weekends. I have a car and have never had a problem finding a space outside the house.

Money and dates:

The rent is £635 per month + £90- £100 on top for bills. This will probably be less for the next couple of months when there is no council tax to pay. Deposit is £750. The agency charges £120 for referencing as a one off fee.
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in January. The earliest moving in date would be 10/11th January and the latest would be 24/25th. I am flexible with dates and would like to find someone who fits well with the other girls. We are arranging viewings for the first week of January.
