Spacious En-Suite in Aldgate East

So, I am moving out and I am looking for someone to take my room in our wonderful flat. It is a loft-style building with a 24/7 concierge.

The room
The room has a lot of storage space, and it has beautiful furnishings. Upon request, the tenant can keep the double-sized desk and drawers we bought from IKEA.
The ensuite bathroom has a shower cabin, and some storage space, with modern furnishings.

Price: £1300, some bills included - broadband and water. (Council tax band F, paid by the tenant)

7-10 minutes walk from Aldgate East, Aldgate, Tower Hill Stations, a 14-min walk to the Whitechapel Station. 20 minutes from Liverpool Street. I genuinely loved the location.

There is an Amazon Fresh, Sainsbury's, Tian Tian Asian Supermarket, Curzon Cinema and a Pharmacy in the area, as well as plenty gym locations. 3 Pret locations close by.

The flatmates
There are two people in the other two rooms, that both share a bathroom. You will be sharing the kitchen and living room with them. The living room is spacious (my friends say you could play football in it haha).

Flatmates are 22F and 22M, very chill and friendly, in their final years at Uni in PR and Computer Science. I’ve known them for a long time and they are really nice people.

I really loved living in this flat and in this location, I am sad to leave it behind even though I have to. I am looking to find someone that has a nice and respectful vibe in this new loving home 🙂

The period is end of March until mid-August, which is when our tenancy agreement ends. You will be on the contract replacing me (this is not a sublet).
