MOVE IN DATE APRIL 30TH

I’m looking for a female ASAP (student or professional) between 23 and 28 to replace me in a three-bedroom flat with a spacious living room and terrace. 
The room has two windows and is the largest in the apartment. It comes with a double bed and a chest of drawers. 

The apartment is conveniently located between Aldgate East Station (District + Hammersmith & City lines) and Whitechapel Station (District, Hammersmith & City, Overground + Elizabeth lines). 

Here's a monthly cost breakdown:
Rent: £993 (heating is included)
Water: £15
Electricity: £20 
Council tax band C: TBA depends on whether you're a student or professional. 
Wifi: one-time payment of £25

The move-in date is April 30th (first month rent needs to be paid by this day including the deposit of £857,59.)

The current flatmates are females in their mid 20s from Germany both are creatives and love going to galleries and having nights out.

The contract for the flat is until October 30th, so I'm looking for someone to take over my part for the last 6 months.
There’s also the possibility for a new contract to be signed and extended for another year with the current flatmates.
