Hi! I’m Katie, I’ve lived in this flat for 3 years and sadly my flatmate (who’s been here with me the whole time) is moving out. So I’m looking for someone lovely to fill her room!

The flat is in a gated block called the Aldgate Triangle, it has loads of great features such as two rooftops with views of the city, shoreditch, stratford and canary wharf (!!!!), a courtyard, a gym / spa, parking, 24hour concierge. The people who live here are lovely too, I’m friends with my neighbours! Brick lane and Spitalfields are on our doorstep, plus we’re super well connected, able to walk to a bunch of places as it’s central but also Aldgate East tube is a 4 minute walk away (district, hammersmith & city), Whitechapel 8 mins walk (lizzie, overground), Aldgate 8 mins (circle, metropolitan) and Shadwell 10 mins (DLR).

The flat is renovated with all new flooring as of earlier this month. The room to rent comes with a bed and wardrobe. Rent is £862.50 each and then water is included, with bills comes to around £990 all in pcm.

About me, I’m 28, I work in architecture. My girlfriend and my cat live down the road a 5 min walk away so I spend my time between the two flats, so you’ll have it to yourself half the time! But will be around too so keen to get to know whoever moves in 🙂
