Fully furnished, great views with exclusive access to the resident's-only roof terrace (a massive wood decked area overlooking the City, 02 and Canary Wharf). There is also a car slot for you in the secure parking area at no extra cost. The flat is a 2-bedroom in a modern development which has a lovely lounge, good-size kitchen, bathroom, has a 24-hour concierge. The room is on the quiet side of the building, ie no traffic. £750/month full-time including bills.

The flat is really well connected with Aldgate east tube station is just 5 minutes walk away. You also have Liverpool street, Tower Hill and Shadwell (DLR) that are 10-12 minutes walking distance. Shadwell is less than 10 min to Canary Wharf. There's also a Boris bike station and bus stop right outside the building.

You will be sharing the flat with me - laid-back and friendly, and a director of a startup language company. Happy to go out for a meal or have glass of wine, but also considerate and know when to respect your privacy.

The rent includes bills (council tax, electricity, water, wireless broadband, sky TV). Also included is a private parking space in a fully secured resident's parking lot. (just outside the cogestion zone).
