Great double room with own bathroom, near Aldgate

The room available is a double room in a very posh development in Aldgate, 1minute from the bus stop and 2 from the Aldgate East tube station. Very well connected. The development has a gym, jacuzzi, sun bath etc for free use for residents.

The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, inbuilt cupboards with full length mirrors, chest of drawers and large windows. The living room is also fully furnished with comfy sofa, floor to ceiling windows, 42" TV, a balcony and a dining table - very pretty. The kitchen has all the mod-cons, high-spec, modern. The apartment has electric heating.

Please Note - the room has its own bathroom, but it is not ensuite - the bathroom is huge as can be seen in the pictures.

I have long working hours, so would like to have a roommate who is respects the privacy of others, but friendly so can go out to dinner or drinks sometimes. I am looking for someone professional and neat.

The move in date is flexible - I am living in the apartment and my current roommate is moving out in End Nov.
