Available on 12th October, this double room in our spacious and fully furnished apartment is located just off Commercial Road in Aldgate East / Whitechapel. Access to London transport is very convenient as we’re just a 5 minute walk from both Aldgate East tube station and Shadwell DLR/Overground. Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Tower Bridge are also only 10 minute walk away, so we’re in a very fun, central location (and that's not even mentioning the amazing curry to be found!).

The available room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a large built-in wardrobe. The house has a spacious living/dining area, kitchen (with washing machine), 3 bedrooms, bathroom and second toilet. We also have access to a shared roof terrace - which is ideal for entertaining and enjoying beers in the summer sunshine!

Rent is £715 per month, but we pay £800 per month which covers all bills and communal necessities like toilet paper, cleaning liquid, paper towel, light bulbs etc (deposit six weeks rent - £990).

We are two professionals (1 Kiwi girl & Brit guy). We have been in the flat 2yrs now, and keen to find our next perfect flatmate! We are down to earth, fun, tidy, and enjoy a bottle of wine or pints at the pub. Looking forward to finding a cool professional to share our home.
