Comfy single room in zone 1

Hello folks,

We have a single room available in our three bedrooms flat.
The bed room is small, clean and all furnished.
There is a huge wardrobe fitted in the wall, a bed with a new mattress, double glazed window to keep warm and with central heating which we control.

The flat is comfy with a large living room; dinning table, sofa, tv and dvd player and access to a balcony (Perfect for sunny days )
The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, fridge etc.
We have internet wireless.
You will share it with 2 flatmates, early 30's, late 20's. One works in the wine trade and the 2nd is graphic designer.
We think we are very friendly, considerate and want to find someone similar. We like to gather together sometime in the living room or to some bars but also we like to respect the privacy of each others.

The flat is located in building with secure door in a quiet street just off commercial road. Tube station Aldgate east (zone 1) or Shadwell (zone 2) are very close. We have access to few supermarket, Tesco, waitrose and sainsbury.
If you are not familiar with the area, we will be delighted to show you the way for useful places and shops.

Bills are excluded, it is around 15 pounds a week.
