I have a modern furnished 2nd floor smart apartment with 2 double bedrooms that is situated off Commercial Street – a 3 minute walk from Aldgate East Tube station – Aldgate and Tower Hill/Tower Gateway are also within easy walking distance. Being so close to the city, Brick Lane, and Wapping, the area boasts a large number of top-quality restaurants, pubs, bars and coffee shops that again are easily accessible. There is a Cineworld Cinema at the top of Canary Wharf that is easy to get to.

The flat does not have an allocated parking space in the underground car park, but you will be able to obtain a permit for on street parking form the council for a relatively small annual fee. It may be possible to rent a car parking space inside the development from another flat.

The flat is in good condition, in a fantastic development, with exceptional quality of living. There are a very limited number of warehouse conversions in this part of London, and most estate agents say The Chandlery is the best of them.

The development has a porter who works weekdays. He is a very friendly man, who is always more than willing to help out.
