Aldgate East Loft- HUGE bright amazing space

Hello!

On offer here is a double room in an awesome flat, 5 minutes walk from Aldgate East station, 10 minutes to Whitechapel for the overground and a massive Sainsburys. Plenty of local amenities and a short walk to Brick lane, Spitalfields Market etc. Huge and amazing space- pictures attached.

Mod cons include a fridge/freezer, washing machine, projector, record player, sofa bed in the lounge for guests, loads of great kitchen gear. In short you don't need to bring much!!

Just me living there in the other room, once my current housemates leave. I am at work/rehearsal 5 nights a week so you will have the place to yourself a lot.

The room excludes bills- they would be split equally if you're moving in alone, or 3 ways if you move in with a partner. Bills are around £260 a month at present (100 electric/gas, 100 council tax, 30 water 30 internet). £1000 deposit, all rent and bills paid at the beginning of each month. The room is a decent size and comes unfurnished. Additionally, we have a cleaner once a week who costs £25 total per visit.

About me: I work at a central London cocktail bar, I play in a band which I spend most of the rest of my time on. I like doing a bit of cooking at home, I like feeding my friends, listening to records, watching movies & documentaries on the big screen and I am too clean and tidy for my own good(!!!)
