Very sadly, I have to leave one of my favorite London places. Therefore I'm looking for a friendly person to share the flat with my lovely flatmates.
The room is available from the 1st of June.
The flat has been recently renovated, so everything is nice and new. We have a big living room and kitchen and all the usual necessities: a fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. In the room there is a comfortable king-size bed, a desk, a chair and a spacious wardrobe.
From the flat it's a 15 min walk to the City, 15 min to Shoreditch, and 7 mins to Aldgate and Tower Bridge!
The rent is ã680/month, ALL BILLS and BROADBAND INCLUDED!!
Additionally every new tenant has to pay a ã75 admin fee when moving in.
