Gorgeous warehouse conversion in Aldgate!

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our gorgeous warehouse conversion flat in the Wool House building in Aldgate East. It's a beautiful, spacious flat with huge doors that open out and we love it very much!

We knuckle down largely during the week but do enjoy an icy cold beverage at the weekend. This isn't a party flat though and we respect the fact that we all have to get up for work in the mornings, so if you are nocturnal or like to party hard on weeknights this isn't the flat for you. We're very chill and are looking for flatmates similar.

The rent is 775 without bills (roughly 100 on top). This room available is a gorgeous double room with unique features. You will be sharing the main bathroom with one other flatmate. The rooms themselves are gorgeous, our flat is a corner flat in the building and so we have windows on either side of our kitchen so it's lovely and airy. Easily accessible by tube or bus, we're close to Aldgate East, Aldgate and Whitechapel by tube and both the 15 and 25 bus routes run through the night and cover most of London. We're a 10 min walk from Brick Lane and Spitalfields which is fab!

Move in date 1 April but could be (slightly) earlier if needs be. Deposit around 1100.
