1 x large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom; ideally located in E1 (Aldgate East Tube 1 min walk) within a 4 min walk to Liverpool Street and generally in a great area right on top of the City and Shoreditch. The flat has a huge open plan lounge/kitchen area with new, top of the rage appliances and light marble flooring throughout (the apartment is very warm in general being a new build, but is equipped with under floor heating).

The lease period is flexible - am happy to accommodate short term stays.

I'm a 28 year old professional working in the City and I travel quite frequently between London/US for business. During the weeks I generally work pretty long hours, but at the weekends I will be out and about eating/drinking and seeing with friends. I'm a social guy and easy to have a laugh with, generally very easy to be around.

There is Sainsbury's, Tesco and Waitrose all within a minutes walk and hundreds if restaurants and bars right on the doorstep.

The move in date will be April 2nd 2015.
