3 friends looking for a fourth

Hello. We are Beth, Jenny & Toby, three friends living in a nice house in Alexandra Palace.

Our fourth housemate is sadly moving out
around June - move out date is flexible so we can work around the new person.

Looking for someone to take their room.
Ideally looking for someone easy-going, and social. The three of us are all friends who like to go to the pub, hang out, etc. It’d be great to find someone likeminded who could become a friend as well as a housemate. We’re all quite busy so also would be nice to have someone who has their own stuff going on and happy to live independently at times.
